Personal Care
We believe that safety, dignity, respect and self confidence is essential for our clients. They have a need to be independent just like everyone else. Old age and medical conditions may prevent them from experiencing this.We promote independence for all our clients. We provide appropriate person centred care and treatment that is based on an assessment of our client's particular needs and preferences. This means that every client is at the centre of their care, treatment and support.
This approach ensures that the assessment is based on what is important to the client from their own perspective.
Overnight Care
Our overnight service is where we come in and spend the night with a client. This can either be for care or company. Nights can be lonely and unsafe for older people and our service caters to this need. We come in and assist with any care based needs or to simply keep them company.
Live in Care
This service is where we come in offer a live in care giver to assist our client with their day to day needs. We make sure that our client’s needs are catered to in situations where they are not able to fend for themselves. This service is particularly for those who are now too frail to take care of themselves and need someone to help them along. The live in care giver will be with the client 24/7.
Cleaning Service
If you require cleaning services at intervals, we offer these services as well. You can schedule cleaning appointments with us and one of our carers will come in and do cleaning around the house as well as laundry services.
